練馬まつりは、例年10月に開催される区内最大級の催しです。第1回は、昭和53年に練馬駅北側のカネボウ跡地を会場で、「練馬区民祭」として開催されました。平成26年度に会場を練馬総合運動場からとしまえんに移して開催しています。
